The Mercedes SD Connect LAN cable (often referred to as the “green cable”) remains the standard physical interface for connecting MB Star C4, C5, and C6 multiplexers to a diagnostic laptop.

Multiplexer Compatibility: Specifically designed for the SD Connect Compact 4 (C4), Compact 5 (C5), and the latest C6/VCI DoIP multiplexers.
Available Lengths: Typically sold in lengths of 3 meters or 5 meters to allow for technician mobility around the vehicle.
Communication Protocols: Supports standard K-Line and CAN BUS, as well as the modern DoIP (Diagnostics over IP) protocol required for newer Mercedes-Benz models.
